Returns

 

If you would like to return your watch you can do so within 14 days.

The watch must be exactly how your received it; unworn with all stickers in place, packaging in tact etc. Worn watches cannot be returned for a refund.

Send your watch to Detrash, 6 Western Avenue, Poole BH13 7AL. You must include a note stating both your order number and that you would like a refund - we cannot issue refunds without this. 

We recommend emailing detrash@detrash.com to check that we are not away from the office when you are sending your watches in. 

Refunds are issued when we have received and inspected the watch.

Watches not keeping perfect time

 

First of all, please make sure your watch has been wound. Most of the time when people complain their watch is slow it's because they either haven't wound it, or worn it enough. The watches are powered by winding and/or the movement of your wrist. There is no battery.

We recommend downloading a 'timegrapher' app and checking how slow/fast the watch is actually running.

If your watch is not keeping time within the advertised accuracy (check the product page. It's normally -20 to +40 seconds per day. You have 2 options:

1) Take the watch to a local watchmaker and ask for the movement to be regulated. This is normally a quick job and costs about £15. Email detrash@detrash.com with the receipt and your order number and we will refund the amount from your order.

2) Return with watch to Detrash, 6 Western Avenue, Poole BH13 7AL. Include a note with your order number and the issue and we will get it fixed.

Damaged watches

 

Please email detrash@detrash.com and let us know what has happened. Most issues can be fixed, but there is often a charge to do so. 

Check if your watch has either a) taken a knock or b) been exposed to magnetism. Both are damaging to the watch and are fixed in different ways.

Manufacturing defects

 

It's very rare, but a defect can happen, If you believe this is the case please contact email detrash@detrash.com with the details. If there is an issue with the watch running slow/fast see above.
